Starting my career in HR at one of the world's biggest advertising agencies, I moved into the Client Service side of the business, leading high-profile initiatives for some of North America’s biggest brands on both the Agency and Corporate sides, and working with Top Talent including global celebrities and elite athletes.

Recruitment was a natural progression for my career and really brought everything together for me - creating win-win successes in a people-centric role with a collaborative mindset, leveraging my network from an extensive and accomplished career in Marketing, and drawing from my solid HR foundation and expertise with A-list talent partnerships.

Whether as a hiring manager trying to find the best fit for my team, or as a candidate interviewing for a position, I've been there myself!
